Darren Hindley

I am a British expat living in Tokyo, Japan. A neophyte photographer since 2014 - recording my urban surroundings and anything that catches my eye. 

I have always had an appreciation for photography and have long greatly admired the works of Brassaï, Cecil Beaton and Horst P. Horst, but not until I saw an Erwin Blumenfeld retrospective in 2013 have I been inspired enough  to actually take up photography myself.  

This website is a showcase for my photos and a record of my development as I learn and experiment with the many facets of the art of photography.
